Holly Poultry, a Baltimore-area poultry producer, is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance in our production facility. You will plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance across equipment, utilities, refrigeration, and building infrastructure to support safety, quality and uptime.
You will manage a team of technicians, drive preventive and predictive programs, track KPIs in CMMS, and ensure compliance with OSHA and USDA/GMP standards while controlling maintenance costs.
