You will supervise up to six technicians, implement preventive maintenance programs, and partner with production to meet goals.
You'll drive uptime through CMMS-based scheduling, oversee PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and safety compliance, and foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
