As an Event Experience Specialist, you will be the bridge between our guests’ intentions and the experiences they remember. From the first conversation to the day of the event, your role is to listen deeply, understand what matters, and help shape moments that feel personal and thoughtfully crafted.

• Prior experience in hospitality or hotels, ideally in a refined or luxury setting
• Carry a warm, inclusive, and positive attitude while maintaining professionalism
• Present themselves neatly and with confidence, reflecting hospitality standards
• Are detailed‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Are culturally sensitive and able to make every guest feel genuinely valued
• Are willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Communicate clearly in English (additional languages are an advantage)
