Position: Europe Tour Manager/ Tour Leader with Active Schengen Visa
Location: Bengaluru

Celebrating 12th year, we are India's first and fastest growing travel start-up, specialized in organizing domestic and international group tours for senior citizens. We conduct packaged / fixed departure group tours across India and abroad and have been featured in different news media and channels including Economic Times, Times Of India, Deccan Herald, The Hindu and more.

We are looking for passionate, efficient and confident Tour Manager/Trip Leader with active Schengen Visa and available for Greece tour of 19 - 26 May 2026

Responsibilities:
Act as tour leader/tour manager for a group of travellers to domestic and international tours. You must be dedicated and hard working person who likes interacting with stranger of age 50+ and can be responsible for their well - being.

1) Willingness and physically fit to travel to domestic and international destinations
2) Provide leadership for our travellers and be responsible for their well - being.
3) Manage guest of diverse professional background, personality and culture.
4) Engage guests on fun activities/ party during tour
5) Maintain the established travel itinerary as closely as possible, making changes only when necessary.
6) Deal with customer issues and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction
7) Handle unforeseen events and make alternate plans
8) Assist and accompany guests in optional meals/activity/shopping
9) Maintain daily expenditure, retain receipts and keep expenses within the trip budget provided.

Qualifications
Preferably at least 3+ years experience in managing group tour to domestic and international destinations. Experience in European countries and Schengen Visa is must.
