Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager - Catering Sales. The primary responsibilities include managing catering sales inquiries, planning and organizing events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality service and ensure the success of various events. The individual will also work on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service.
Expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning, with the ability to meet sales targets while creating memorable events.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to coordinate with the team and meet client expectations effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in catering or event management roles, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
