About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) to be the face of our hostel operations. This role involves welcoming travelers, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling guest queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly personality, problem-solving attitude, and strong communication skills to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the hostel front desk – guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Provide clear, polite, and effi cient responses to guest inquiries.
Ensure smooth daily hostel operations and proactively resolve guest issues.
Maintain billing records, handle POS transactions, and generate basic reports.
Support hostel community events and activities to enhance guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
