Location  : HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience  : 3 to 7 years

Job Overview:
We are seeking someone who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of complex programs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The role will involve planning, monitoring, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while fostering effective communication among team members, stakeholders and play a crucial role in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall success of our programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs, ensuring they are delivered within scope and timelines.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Identify and address potential project roadblocks and create contingency plans.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and best practices throughout program execution.

2. Project Execution:

• Coordinate and lead the project, ensuring everyone is clear on their roles and responsibilities.

• Monitor project progress and performance, regularly updating stakeholders and resolving any issues that arise.

• Implement and maintain project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and project teams.

• Regularly communicate program updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Address stakeholder concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and align with industry best practices.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.

5. Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating relevant advancements into project planning and execution.

• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
