@BANGALORE, Sr GM / AVP MARKETING required for one of the Premium Apparel Manufacturing Company with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.
Exp: 23 - 30 yrs / open
Salary; INR 72 - 84 Lacs PA (nego)
Strengths in handling Wovens ( Tops & Bottoms ) is a must.
Will be responsible to generate / handle business of approximately Approx. $ 50 million pa
Professionals must have expertise in handling premium / Luxury USA, UK & European brands
Professionals must be working at / handling a similar role and must have strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc.
Professionals must have strengths in PD, costing, etc & the complete Supply Chain + strong business acumen.
Professionals must be ready to travel extensively to meet the buyers, make presentations, attend international fairs, etc
Professionals must also have strong design sensibility to be able to understand the requirements of the brands & in-turn work closely with the in-house Design & PD teams to develop new collection on regular basis.
Overseas work experience will be an added advantage.
Reporting to the CEO
Prefer Professionals with formal education in Fashion, textiles or other related fields from premium institutes.
Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.
Should have strong people and work management skills.
Should be a Strong leader and a team player.
Professionals with experience in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies will only qualify for this position.
