Area Manager, Management Operations Management

Position: Area Manager )
Key Responsibilities:

o Own complete P&L for clinics, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and EBITDA delivery
o Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across clinics
o Monitor and improve key business metrics including:
o Footfall and conversion rates, Average bill value (ABV), Repeat visit rate ,Service mix and cross-sell
ratios ,Clinic contribution margins
o Lead day-to-day multi-clinic operations ensuring high service standards and SOP adherence
o Implement structured business reviews and performance dashboards across clinics
o Drive cost control across manpower, procurement, inventory, and overheads
o Ensure optimal inventory planning and working capital efficiency
o Lead and performance-manage Clinic Managers and frontline teams
o Build accountability culture with clear KPIs and performance tracking
o Drive local marketing initiatives and growth partnerships within city
o Own NPS and customer experience metrics across clinics

What We’re Looking For:

o Minimum 4 year of relevant experience in business management, multi-unit operations, sales-driven environments, or P&L ownership roles
o Demonstrated ability to manage revenue targets and drive profitability
o High ownership mindset with entrepreneurial drive
o Willingness to work extensively on-ground across clinics
