What You'll Own
• Drive sustainable business growth and overall company performance
• Own the P&L, including revenue, profitability, and operational outcomes
• Lead business development initiatives and expand strategic client relationships
• Strengthen operations to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
• Develop cost-effective execution strategies that balance quality, speed, and profitability
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functions
• Establish scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics
• Identify new opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation
• Position Clean Pro as a strategic partner to clients, not just a service provider
• Maintain and enhance our exceptional customer retention levels

Whom We're Looking For:
• 15+ years of leadership experience in facility management, housekeeping, staffing, home improvement services, or related industries
• Proven experience managing a business, business unit, or full P&L
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large teams
• Exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
• Strong commercial judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in facility management or home improvement services will be an advantage
