Janitorial - Day Shift; BANGOR

BANGOR - Full-time Janitorial - Business Cleaner for our Bangor Client. Great shift that starts at 7 am and goes til done (typically between 5-7 hours per day), Monday thru Friday. This position entails driving a company vehicle to different businesses for cleaning; the route starts in Bangor and travels to Bucksport and sometimes Ellsworth. You will be the dedicated individual to ensure a clean environment for the businesses you are assigned.

$17.50 to start with an attendance bonus available.

Typical duties are vacuuming (using a backpack vac), cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, dusting, etc.

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must meet background check requirements.
• Proven experience in janitorial work preferred, yet willing to train someone who takes pride in doing a good job.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routes efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, reaching, grasping, crouching and standing for extended periods.
