As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.
Maintaining a positive attitude ensures customers have a great experience from start to finish.
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers; dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders when supplies are low.

- Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*.
- Premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
