Job Summary
Seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic individual to join our team at a 35 unit affordable housing apartment complex in Bangor. The role involves maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be available to participate in the on‑call schedule. Pay is $25–27 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities- Unit turnover (making units ready for rent)
- Repairs to appliances and fixtures
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Paint building interiors
- Miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- Change locks
- Grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
Must be available for the on‑call schedule. No formal qualifications are listed; the applicant should be willing to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
