Encompass Health is seeking an Environmental Services Aide dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across all hospital areas. The role involves ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors while upholding all regulatory and company quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all hospital areas according to established quality standards and regulations.
• Utilize various equipment such as high dusters, vacuums, mops, and floor polishers to perform cleaning duties.
• Handle general office equipment and assist in maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Use good communication skills and a detail‑oriented approach to tasks.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures for handling hazardous materials and potential exposure situations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred.
• May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts if needed.
