Full‑Time Maintenance Technician Shift is Monday through Friday 1st Shift, on‑call every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
- Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
- On‑call duty
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
- Building Maintenance
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
