The Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, driving residents to appointments, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements- Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
- Valid Driver’s License
