Maintenance Technician / Assistant (Full-Time)

Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and working with your hands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude.

• Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 1st shift
• Daily Pay available – access your earned wages when you need them

• Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
• On-call rotation required (every other weekend)

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related tasks
• Complete preventative maintenance and assigned work orders
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
• Work with the maintenance team to address daily facility needs

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic mechanical or hands-on skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using a computer to manage work orders
• Previous maintenance or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
