As a Canton Floor Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of commercial facilities. This position involves hands-on cleaning, floor care, and special project work in a variety of environments.
Key Responsibilities- Strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors
- Clean carpets, upholstery, and furniture
- Perform post-construction and deep cleaning services
- Complete general janitorial cleaning tasks
- Clean and seal tile and grout surfaces
- Wash interior and exterior windows
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to learn (experience preferred but not required)
