Join Our Team as a Part-Time Apartment Cleaning Technician!
Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at an apartment complex in Bardstown, KY. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours —no nights, no weekends—with a flexible schedule .
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY URGENTLY HIRING!
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized.
- Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager .
- Strong reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must have dependable transportation .
- Paid vacation based on hours worked per week.
- Flexible scheduling for part-time employees.
- Eligibility for additional benefits may be subject to a grace period.
