Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
$60,000–$80,000/year
iDRY Systems designs and builds innovative lumber drying equipment in Vermont for customers across North America and around the world.
We’re looking for a smart, mechanically curious problem-solver to join our team.
This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, helping customers, and doing something different every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Help customers troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Coordinate replacement parts and warranty support
- Order components and work with suppliers
- Handle parts fulfillment, inventory, and shipping
- Work closely with engineering, production, and sales
- Become an expert on iDRY equipment
We care more about attitude, aptitude, and curiosity than a specific degree.
You may be a great fit if you have experience with:
- Manufacturing or industrial equipment
- Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting
- Purchasing, inventory, shipping, or logistics
Most importantly, you should enjoy solving problems, working with people, learning new things, and getting things done.
