Here are the skills we are looking for:

• Necessary experience: A college diploma in a relevant field or several years’ experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Professional experience:
  At least two years of relevant experience.
• Spoken language:
  English.
• Written language:
  English.

Tasks :

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates; estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
• Establish work schedules.
