The Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
* Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Company.
* Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
* Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
* Serve food in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature.
* Execute daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule.

* Qualifications:

** This role may be a perfect fit for you if:
* For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older
* You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
* You have a minimum of 1 year of cooking experience
* You have a professional diploma or food services management (preferred)
* You have demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
* You have knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling
* You have superior time management and multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
* You can lift up to 50lbs
