Food and Beverage Server

A food and beverage server is an integral part of a dynamic hospitality team. Our customer’s first and last impression of the facility will depend on how they are treated by our staff. We strive to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction while maintaining a fun environment. You will create an atmosphere that ensures the highest level of service and product standards are exceeding our guest’s expectations, time after time.

• Greet and welcome guests, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
• Recommend menu items, including specials and pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
• Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and seamless operations.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, golf course events, and promotions to inform and engage guests.

• Must be an energetic individual
• Well-organized with strong communication skills
• Positive Individual who is teamwork-oriented and committed to working in a fun fast paced environment
• Smart Serve Certification (will provide)
• Minimum 18 years of age

• Bending, balance, lifting (up to 30lbs), extended period of standing
