Dishwasher - Blue Mountain

Under the direction of the Back of House Management Team, our dishwashers clean and put away all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and dish machines.

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Operate dishwashers efficiently.
• Wash glassware and flatware.
• Polish all glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products.
• General dish area maintenance including: sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

** Relocation Requirement:
This position is based in Blue Mountain, Ontario, approximately two hours north of Toronto. Please note that Oliver & Bonacini does not provide staff accommodation. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing their own housing.

** Transportation:
Reliable transportation is essential. Public transit in Blue Mountain does not align with typical shift start and end times, so access to a personal vehicle is strongly recommended.

• Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment an asset.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated
• Organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.
• Able to spend 100% of the time standing
• Available to work night shifts - 5pm to close (midnight)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
