• Greet arriving guests.
• Assist guests with retrieving their pre-booked or walk-in tickets.
• Assist guests with general inquiries including house rules, events and show times.
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions.
• Provide guests with directions and information about the cinema.
• Cashier services, including credit card, cash, and gift card transactions.
• Maintain and operate guest ticketing kiosks.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, main entrance areas, and overall organization.
