Maintenance Branch Supervisor
Supervises and manages all field level maintenance operations and personnel at the Equipment Consolidation Site (ECS). Ensures all field level maintenance functions are seamlessly scheduled and coordinated with storage site and repair parts operations IAW USARC unit prioritization, Army Regulations, and local SOPs. Reports to the ECS Site Manager.
The role ensures that full technical inspections are performed on all equipment in accordance with Army maintenance standards in AR 750-1, AR 750-8, and the Maintenance Facility SOP, and are conducted as part of all initial and final inspections for all Maintenance Request work orders.
Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, walk, climb stairs, bend, push and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Experience- Minimum of five years documented leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all installed product software at the user/operator level and automated data processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned equipment.
- Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues, and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to customers.
- Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
- Preferred Experience includes:
- A minimum of five years of experience around U.S. Army or Army Reserve maintenance operations or equivalent.
- Experience as a maintenance role user of the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
- Familiarity and experience with the Army and Army Reserve’s two-tier levels of maintenance.
Requires a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) prior to commencement of performance under this contract.
Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and ensure the safety of all maintenance personnel in the Maintenance Branch to include Heavy Equipment Mechanics (HEM), HEM Inspectors (HEMI), Electronic Maintenance Technicians, Mobile Equipment Servicers, Gunsmiths, Ground Support Equipment Servicers, and Tool and Parts Attendants.
- Use Global Combat Support System (GCSS) and/or other STAMIS systems as the system of record for all maintenance related functions, including maintenance records, work orders, class IX operations, and man-hour accounting.
- Ensure all field level maintenance functions are seamlessly scheduled and coordinated with storage site and repair parts operations IAW USARC unit prioritization, Army Regulations, and local SOPs.
- Ensure full technical inspections (TM-XX-10/-20) are performed on all equipment per Army maintenance standards and are conducted as part of initial and final inspections for all Maintenance Request work orders.
- Ensure all tool room and supply functions support maintenance activity in accordance with AR 710-4, USAR regulations and local SOPs, including cleaning, issuing, and inventorying tools to maintain accountability.
- Perform field level maintenance tasks in accordance with applicable technical publications on Army equipment, including wheeled and tracked vehicles, electronics, weapon systems, and engineer equipment, and maintain a maintenance efficiency rate IAW USARC 750-1 or higher.
