Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, leads a team of technicians, and drives equipment reliability across recycling and materials processing facilities. This role ensures the safe and efficient execution of mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance activities while planning and coordinating work to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
The Maintenance Supervisor acts as a key liaison between operations, maintenance staff, and leadership—providing hands‑on technical support while managing planning, scheduling, and team performance.
