Field Technician

Position Overview

This role offers an extensive training program with both one‑on‑one and group training classes, a Tuesday

• Install customer service drops or outlets at residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customers’ equipment and diagnose and repair reception performance issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on new or existing equipment.
• Travel as required, with per diem provided.
• Take on other duties necessary to support the company’s purpose, brand principles, and organizational values.

• Tuesday
  - Saturday route availability and the ability to work overtime or on‑call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Capacity to lift up to 100 lbs., work on ladders, and operate in all weather conditions.
• At least three months of customer service or related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
