Field Bridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Bartlesville, OK to work with the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $22.00/hr | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunity available | At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $990 gross.

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment in line with operational demands. This role focuses on improving maintenance efficiency, reducing nonproductive time, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Base. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and committed to reliability-centered maintenance practices.

• Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with the maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history including movements, work orders, parts used, and time to maintain within TLM business systems
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce asset downtime and improve turnaround time
• Support the efficiency and productivity of the Maintenance Technician team through CoSD projects including planned repair and reuse of parts
• Participate in failure investigations and comply with TLM Competency Management System standards

• Experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Ability to work 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Strong attention to detail and transactional discipline in recordkeeping
• Ability to follow standard work procedures and compliance requirements
