As we continue to strengthen our financial and operational processes, we are seeking a Cost Accountant to support accurate cost analysis, inventory oversight, and margin management within our manufacturing operations.

This exciting opportunity offers the potential for career growth and advancement in a dynamic environment. The Cost Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate product costing to support quoting, cost analysis, and inventory valuation processes.

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to prepare and analyze costs for new business opportunities, process changes, or material cost updates.
• Manage the annual cost rollup process, explaining variances from the prior year.
• Analyze work order variances and work closely with manufacturing to address discrepancies.
• Oversee month‑end duties including inventory valuation, obsolescence calculation, scrap review, and variance investigation to support the financial close.
• Assist the Controller in various projects related to costing, cost savings, cost analysis, and financial studies.
• Handle financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred, minimum of an Associates Degree required.
• 2‑3 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
