Senior Accountant

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and deliver accurate, timely financial information
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Analyze financial results and variances, identifying drivers and recommended actions
• Anticipate potential accounting issues and proactively resolve them before escalation
• Serve as a technical resource for staff accountants and cross‑functional partners
• Responsible for fixed asset accounting, capital project management, and depreciation schedules
• Manage daily cash reconciliations and related cash forecasting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• 3-5 years accounting, audit, or related experience required
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information
• Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Regular Full‑Time – We offer excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match. Temporary or Part‑Time – In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part‑time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 – $ USD annually for full‑time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
