Holman Upfitting in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Staff Accountant to support account reconciliations, cash forecasting, month-end close activities, financial reporting, fixed asset controls, and other accounting functions as assigned.

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations Complete daily cash forecasting activities and communicate updates as needed Support month-end close and financial reporting processes Maintain fixed asset records and controls Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or related experience

Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large amounts of data Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines #LI-GM1 INDAF At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
