Holman Upfitting in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Staff Accountant to support account reconciliations, cash forecasting, month-end close activities, financial reporting, fixed asset controls, and other accounting functions as assigned.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
- Complete daily cash forecasting activities and communicate updates as needed
- Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Maintain fixed asset records and controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses
- Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or related experience
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large amounts of data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

PayWe offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $ USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
