Salary: $18.50-$23.12/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, 37.5 hours per week

Position DescriptionThe Bartlett Public Library District is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time ILL & Technical Services Assistant. The ILL & Technical Services Assistant is responsible for coordinating materials loaned through the interlibrary loan system, as well as performing any tasks generally associated with acquisition, processing, cataloging, and maintenance of library materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing interlibrary loan requests, including locating, receiving, routing, and returning materials.
- Maintain serials collection including processing, organizing, and discarding.
- Receive, verify, invoice, and process library materials.
- Create, update, and maintain catalog records.
- Processes, covers, labels, repairs, or withdraw physical materials.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree or Library Technical Assistant (LTA) Certificate or three (3) years of technical services experience
