As a key member of the ITW Electronic Component Solutions leadership team, the Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, leading and implementing selling strategies for the Lumex business in order to drive and support profitable, above market growth. This will be accomplished through execution of the ITW growth levers and development/execution of the division’s Sales Excellence framework.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, customers, and product opportunities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships
- Lead marketing initiatives including campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and trade shows
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Develop and manage distributor relationships to drive sales growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership
- Manage a high-performing sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combined commercial role
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools
- Willingness to travel 30%-40% of the time
Final Compensation decisions will be made on a variety of factors, but our base salary range is $140,000-$160,000 plus variable compensation target.
