This is a full‑time Project Manager role based in Bartlett, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through closeout, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, expeditors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure inspections and work activities are aligned with project timelines.
The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring site progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with brand requirements. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, track project milestones, manage change orders, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management experience overseeing multiple construction projects or phases.
- Proficiency in construction documentation, including contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and field teams in a professional and respectful manner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Sage 100, Bluebeam or similar platforms).
