This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian ready to step into a Medical Director position while still enjoying hands-on clinical work. You’ll have the autonomy to practice gold-standard medicine, the support of advanced diagnostics and specialist input, alongside the opportunity to mentor and develop fellow veterinarians.
You’ll work closely with a dedicated Practice Manager to shape hospital performance, strengthen team engagement, and continuously elevate medical standards.

About You:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Hold an Illinois State License or have the ability to obtain one, in good standing!
- 2 years’ + of clinical experience in small animal practice
- A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
- Motivated by continuous improvement both clinically and operationally
- Leadership experience is not essential but advantageous
