Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Part‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in Bartlett, IL. As a RDH, you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients and will work closely with our dentists to ensure the best possible care.

Schedule

• Tuesday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other Thursday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• One Friday a month 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

• $45‑$50 per hour base (commensurate with experience)
• Uncapped hygiene incentive

Additional Information

• PMS – Curve
• Time allotted for procedures
• NP: 90 min
• SRP per quad: 90 min
• Prophy: 60 min
• Average # of patients per day: 8
• Morning Huddle:
  Yes
• Insurances accepted? FFS? – Mixed

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of IL
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Compliance with OSHA sterilization protocols
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency – charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity‑focused work ethic
• Team‑player attitude
• Ability to multi‑task
• Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
