Expected salary range of $158,400 to $176,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Responsible for execution of reactor turbine generator project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation goals. Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants ponsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and CEC management.
Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR
Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR
High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
