Job SummarySenior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, seeks a Maintenance Electronics Technician to perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial electrical and numerically controlled systems. The role is under general supervision and requires comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory and maintenance practices.
Responsibilities- Determine methods and sequences for operations, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial electrical and numerically controlled systems and devices.
- Develop and modify equipment, provide missing design details, substitute components, and alter circuit designs for approval.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting design or malfunction issues in prototype and production systems.
- Install, modify, and maintain industrial electronic communication systems such as AM/FM inter‑communication transmitters and receivers, plant PA, and fire alarm systems.
- Perform mechanical operations needed for dismantling, disassembly, repair, and installation of electronic units.
- Assist in electrical maintenance classification tasks as needed.
- Follow all Senior policies and procedures and maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of chemical handling, acid hazards, and proper material handling techniques.
- Experience with older manufacturing equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical installations, retrofits, repairs, and upgrades.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and calibration instruments.
Annual target salary: $83,200. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 1st Shift. The position offers a market‑led base salary, comprehensive benefits package, wellness benefits, matching 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
