We are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be essential in designing, testing, and implementing our ultrasonic welding solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical reliability and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate is someone with a robust background in engineering within the plastics or similar industry, who thrives on solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize ultrasonic welding solutions for plastic parts.
- Collaborate with the product development team to integrate new technologies into production processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct hands-on feasibility studies and validate application concepts.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide engineering expertise during client interactions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of materials science and engineering principles, especially related to plastics.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
- Experience with ultrasonic welding technology and equipment.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex engineering problems.
