Consistent coverage is preferred, but if your availability is limited, we can still consider you for additional PRN opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a PRN SLP on our rehab team, you’ll:
Create personalized treatment plans that spark progress and purpose
Collaborate with a vibrant interdisciplinary crew who values your input
Encourage, coach, and celebrate every win—big or small
Drive clinical programs that support speech, cognition, and swallowing function
Meet documentation and productivity standards (yes, it’s part of the job—but we promise, you won’t be drowning in paperwork)
And above all, you’ll give voice back to those who need it most

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
A current SLP license in the state of IL
A flexible schedule (some weekends included)
Bonus points if you have experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab—but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll support your growth!
