InHome Therapy is hiring
full-time and part-time
licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Bartlett

Compensation and Benefits*

  • IHT OT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

  • Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

* This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
