You will create and adjust treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with PT/PTA staff while upholding our patients-first values.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Illinois licensure, and BLS. Preferred candidates may have a Master's or Doctoral degree and Dry Needling experience.
