HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager
Position Summary
The Director, Human Resources will see HR as a platform to build and contribute to a growing organization. This modern leader will showcase the value of HR while building a stronger and more capable organization prepared for what comes next. As a trusted advisor who translates business strategy into human capability, this Director will report to the VP/General Manager of a complex multi‑location manufacturing organization, shaping the workforce of the future through talent, leadership, culture and AI‑enabled tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis leader will bring HR expertise, operational rigor and talent strategy to ensure HR fundamentals run exceptionally well, shaping critical areas where HR drives organization trajectory:
- Translate business strategy into workforce capability by partnering with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, using data and insights to guide decisions and ensure the people strategy fuels performance and growth.
- Shape how leaders lead by coaching and equipping them to build high‑performing, engaged teams, developing talent intentionally, and fostering trust and accountability.
- Evolve the employee experience across facilities by fostering a culture of engagement, safety, collaboration and pride that supports long‑term retention and success.
- A bachelor's degree in business or related, with 6+ years of progressively responsible HR leadership in manufacturing.
- History of building and executing modern HR strategies and processes that enhance business and employee experiences.
- Highly collaborative with strategy, implementation and project management skills.
- Experience leveraging modern technology, data and emerging AI capabilities to advance performance and decision‑making.
- Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights, modernize processes through digital tools, and introduce responsible AI or automation solutions.
- Experience partnering with leaders to embed data‑informed thinking into strategy, operations and talent decisions.
- Experienced at influencing and communicating change with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing exempt, non‑exempt and unionized employees and building differentiated programs with equity and compliance.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Forward‑thinkers who align strategy, people and purpose, guiding others with clarity and conviction.

- Builds influence through substance and partnership, translating complexity into direction, turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
Expected salary range: $140‑170K per year, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications and other factors.
