Site Sanitation Supervisor

Ecowize USA Bartlett, Illinois, United States

Why Ecowize?

At Ecowize North America, we go beyond cleaning food production facilities - we safeguard public health and drive operational excellence. As part of our team, you'll join a mission-driven organization committed to food safety, innovation, and people development. If you're ready to lead, inspire, and make a measurable difference, this role is for you.

At Ecowize North America, we're more than a sanitation company - we're protecting the

food supply and supporting the health of millions every single day. Our work matters,

and so do the people who make it happen. We invest in our people, give them the tools to succeed, and create opportunities for growth. As a Sanitation Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading teams, ensuring safe and effective cleaning practices, and helping us deliver on our promise of excellence to our clients.

The Sanitation Site Supervisor leads daily sanitation operations at a client facility that

runs multiple shifts, seven days a week. You'll work closely with your team before,

during, and after sanitation shifts - ensuring the site is ready, safety protocols are

followed, and food safety standards are met.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach frontline employees, manage

sanitation processes, oversee shift readiness, and serve as the point of contact with both

client management and regulatory inspectors.
