Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a commercial landscaping company seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure productivity, quality, and consistency across field teams.
Role OverviewThe Maintenance Operations Manager leads day-to-day maintenance operations for a branch, ensuring crews are productive, schedules are met, and quality standards are upheld. This role manages Production Managers and Superintendents and provides structure, accountability, and consistency across maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations- Lead and develop Production Managers and Superintendents
- Oversee scheduling, labor allocation, and route efficiency
- Drive crew productivity, quality control, and safety compliance
- Maintain accountability for assigned fleet and equipment
- Support hiring, training, and performance management of field leaders
- Track operational KPIs and report on performance trends
- 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance operations
- Experience managing managers or supervisors
- Strong understanding of labor efficiency, scheduling, and production flow
- Comfortable holding teams accountable while building trust
- Organized, consistent operator with strong follow-through
- Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000
