If PLCs, 3‑phase motor controls, and hydraulic presses are your comfort zone, this Plant Reliability Technician role is for you. Step into a hands-on position where you’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize industrial equipment — and help train others to do the same. You’ll also jump in on facilities maintenance when the plant needs an extra hand.

You can interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and OEM manuals without breaking a sweat.
You’re confident working on 230v–480v 3‑phase motor control panels and PLC-controlled machines.
You’re comfortable on forklifts and scissor lifts, and you respect safety protocols at all times.
You like improving equipment — from preventive maintenance to small design/fab tweaks that boost reliability.
You communicate clearly, train teammates on SOPs, and keep your workspace clean and organized.
What you’ll handle
Repair and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems.
Troubleshooting, PMs, and reliability upgrades to minimize downtime.
Work from blueprints, schematics, manufacturer instructions, and service manuals to guide repairs.
Maintain and improve existing equipment; assist with the design and fabrication of new machinery.
Service around hydraulic press operations in a production environment.
Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to move equipment and work in department technicians in company policies, procedures, and SOPs.Assist with facilities maintenance as required; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
Production experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork; able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Technical capability in welding, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and utility systems.
Basic computer skills for CMMS/PM records and documentation.
Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
Physical requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
