Injection Mold Operator – Up to $24/hr DOE

Location:

Bartlett, IL

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
-Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr (DOE)

Join our team as an Injection Mold Operator and play a key role in our injection molding machine operations!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate injection molding machines to produce molded parts efficiently and accurately
• Perform machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment
• Ensure the injection molding process runs smoothly and meets production goals
• Maintain and clean injection molds as part of your daily duties
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize the injection molding process
• Document all machine operation and injection molding activity
• Use toolroom equipment (cranes, grinders, lathes, etc.) for mold repairs and adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for machine operation and injection molding tasks

What You Need:

• Experience as a machine operator, specifically in injection molding
• Strong understanding of injection molding machines and processes
• Ability to read blueprints and adjust injection molding machines accordingly
• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining injection molding equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or 5 years of machine operator or injection molding experience preferred
