Pay & Earning Potential $18–$20 per hour base pay Commission on membership sales

Top performers regularly earn $60,000–$70,000+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing This is a customer-facing, high-energy sales role—not behind the scenes.

You will:

Greet customers and confidently start conversations

Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans

Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way Create a positive, memorable customer experience

Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals

Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)
Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets
